Our Process
Phase I : On-Site Consultation
To kick off your Paradym Poolscapes journey, one of our pool professionals will visit your property to take measurements, capture photos, and discuss your vision. Within 24 hours of your on-site meeting, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive price estimate, setting the stage for your dream pool project.
The next step is bringing your vision to life. Our in-house design team will collaborate with you to integrate all your ideas and preferences into a detailed plan for your backyard. Once the design is ready, we’ll invite you to review the final concept and explore the actual materials and features that will be used. After finalizing the design, our team works alongside our landscape architect and engineering partners to convert the 3D concept into a precise 2D build plan, complete with accurate measurements and material specifications for construction.
Phase II : Design
Next, we’ll obtain the necessary permits from your local municipality. Our in-house permitting team will submit your detailed design plans to the relevant permitting department to acquire the building permit for your swimming pool project. The permitting process can vary in length depending on the municipality’s requirements and workload, but it often involves several steps, including plan reviews and potential site inspections. While this can be a time-consuming process, we’ll keep you updated throughout, ensuring you're informed every step of the way.

With construction complete, we’ll schedule a 'pool school' session for you and your family, ensuring you’re ready to enjoy your new backyard oasis to the fullest. We’ll cover everything from controlling your pool remotely with your phone to mastering chemical balance and routine maintenance. Once pool school is complete, you’ll be fully equipped to dive into a lifetime of enjoyment, relaxation, and unforgettable moments with family and friends—because pool ownership isn’t just about swimming, it’s about creating lasting memories in your personal paradise.
As we move into the construction phase, our construction manager and project manager will hold a pre-construction kickoff meeting with you and your family. This meeting is an essential step where we’ll walk through the entire project timeline, review the final design plans, and confirm key details such as construction schedules, site preparation, and any specific requests or concerns you may have. We want to ensure that everyone is on the same page before work begins. Once construction starts, we’ll maintain clear communication, providing regular updates on the progress of each phase—from excavation and plumbing to installation and finishing—so you're always aware of what’s happening and what’s next.
